Daily Yoga with Paige
Begin each day with a thoughtfully guided Vinyasa or Hatha-style flow class, incorporating breathwork and visualisation. Evening sessions offer a slower pace, featuring restorative practices such as Yin, meditation, and deep stretch to support rest, recovery, and integration.
Surf Lessons with Locals
Ride the waves with experienced local instructors who bring deep knowledge of the Portuguese coast and a passion for the ocean. Surfing, like yoga, is about presence, flow, and connection—moving in harmony with nature and tuning in to the rhythm of water. Lessons will be tailored to your level and designed to build skill, confidence, and a deeper connection to nature.
3 Nourishing Meals a Day
Enjoy local ingredients and global flavors in every meal prepared by our private chef. Three protein-packed, delicious meals will be provided each day to support your energy and well-being throughout the retreat.
Restore & Explore
Choose to unwind in our wood-burning sauna with stunning ocean views, or relax around a bonfire under the stars. Find quiet moments in cozy reading nooks or soak up the sun on comfortable lounge chairs with a refreshing beverage and snack. If you’re feeling more adventurous, walk the cobblestone streets of Ericiera, hike along the coastline, paddle board in the river, or book a tour.

Our retreat casa is a peaceful coastal haven with 9 bedrooms, an aromatherapy sauna, outdoor firepits, and ocean views. Practice yoga in our spacious studio, lounge under the stars, and unwind to the rhythm of the waves. Each bedroom is uniquely designed with authentic Portuguese tiles and original architecture.
Meet Chef Jamie
Bold, local, protein-packed meals made to fuel you—every bite crafted with love and intention. Expect colorful, nourishing food, dietary flexibility, and vibrant seasonal ingredients.
Chef Jamie has called Portugal home for five years, but his journey began in Cornwall, UK. After falling in love with Portugal’s coastline during a surf trip 15 years ago, he knew he’d return—and this time, with a mission to feed people well.
Trained under acclaimed chef Jude Kereama and armed with a Diploma in Professional Cookery, Chef Jamie brings years of global kitchen experience to the table. From fine dining to street food, he’s mastered the art of creating meals that are as memorable as they are nourishing.
In 2024, he launched Jamie Cooks For You – Private Catering with Character. His food is vibrant, local, protein-packed, and made to energize—whether you're fueling up after a surf session or gathering for a special occasion.
Expect bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful plates that leave you feeling deeply nourished and fully energized.

Settle into your home away from home with a stay in our charming, traditional Portuguese house, where you can choose from 4 different room options, all uniquely designed. Once you've selected your room, simply fill out the request to book form, and we'll follow up via email with payment details. To secure your spot on the retreat, a $500 USD deposit is required after your booking is approved. Please note, this deposit is only refundable until June 21, 2025. Spaces are limited to keep the retreat feeling intimate.
